Return and Refund policy

Our return policy is limited to orders shipped within India. We only accept returns under specific conditions, such as when a product is defective or damaged and remains unused. If you happen to receive a damaged product, please reach out to us at saumyaagarwal1695@gmail.com within 24 to 48 hours after receiving your order. In your communication, kindly provide images of the damaged product to assist our quality control team in verifying the damage. Once verified, we will proceed with a product replacement. It's important to note that returns, refunds, or replacements are not applicable to orders placed during our Sale period.

For customized orders like customised potraits, we do not offer returns or exchanges.

Product in sets

In the case where you receive a damaged product that belongs to a set, please be aware that the entire set must be returned for an exchange or refund to be processed. We kindly request that you maintain the full set in its original condition to streamline the return procedure.

Cancellation Requests Unavailable:

We regret to inform you that we are unable to accommodate any cancellation requests at this time.

Modifying Order Information:

Should you happen to input an inaccurate pin code or contact number, we kindly request you to contact us at saumyaagarwal1695@gmail.com for correction. It's important to note that we can amend the correct code or number only if our shipping partner has not yet initiated the processing of your order (provided the order status remains unfulfilled).

Shipping & Delivery Information

Domestic Shipping

The processing and dispatch of orders typically require 2-3 working days, unless otherwise specified in the product description. Once dispatched, the delivery period varies from 2-7 working days, contingent upon your delivery pin code. For orders containing multiple items, the dispatch time will align with the item that takes the longest to be prepared for shipment.

If your order includes customised products, please expect dispatch within 4-5 working days. You'll receive separate tracking details for these shipments. Please note that working days do not encompass Saturdays, Sundays, and official holidays. Unforeseen events such as strikes that disrupt business operations or compel business closures will be deemed non-working days, potentially affecting delivery schedules.

On the day of delivery, our courier partner will make an effort to contact you via phone call or SMS to arrange the delivery. It's essential to be aware that the courier partner will make up to three delivery attempts. If they are unable to reach you during these attempts, the order will be returned to us.

The following are the shipping charges for pan-India:

​

  • Pre-paid orders above Rs. 1,500 - Free

  • Pre-paid orders below Rs. 1,500 - Rs. 150

  • COD (Cash on Delivery) orders above Rs. 1,500 - Rs. 100

  • COD orders below Rs. 1,500 - Rs. 250

Please keep in mind that due to COVID-19 protocols, there may be delays in the dispatch and delivery of orders.

International Shipping

For international orders, we initiate dispatch within 2-3 working days. Once dispatched, please anticipate a delivery timeframe of approximately 2-3 weeks, contingent upon the destination country. The actual dispatch time will hinge on the items included in your order.

Shipping costs for international orders vary based on the destination country, and the number of items in your order may influence the shipping rates, which will be calculated during the checkout process.

Please be advised that buyers are responsible for any customs duties and import taxes that may apply. The Yellow Inkpot cannot be held accountable for any delays incurred during customs inspections.

It's important to note that international orders are non-refundable, non-cancellable, and not eligible for returns or exchanges.

Gift Wrapping

Currently, we do not provide the choice of gift wrapping for our products. Nevertheless, we are actively in the process of preparing to introduce this option in the near future.
